There is a life-force within you, within all of us. We have an essence that sees out of our own eyes. You may have heard of this essence described as “the witness”. When you were young, you really knew your essence… perhaps not as much now. In our essence we carry with us the knowledge of who we are and why we are here. When we spend time in our essence, and start to access the knowledge contained within our essence, our consciousness starts to expand to include much more than the structures and systems within which we live our lives, and beyond the ways they have defined our self-perceptions. As our consciousness starts to expand to include an awareness of ourselves that is pure, and to an awareness of the vast potentiality in each moment, we open up to a kind of freedom to create that is full of possibility for us. When we expand our consciousness to include the truth about who we are, and we work to stay connected to that truth, who we are NOT starts to fall away, and we begin to see more clearly and feel more precisely, our authenticity – our essence. Once our true essence is re-known, we can choose to step into it fully and when we do, we step onto our “path” so-to-speak, start to live on purpose and, as a result, accelerate our evolution and, therefore, our progress.
It is the “essence” of me that wants to share with you some of what I’ve found and perhaps even what I have been given while walking my ”authentic success path”. It is very hard for us to know ourselves today. We are so distracted away from ourselves that we lose touch with our essence. It is possible for you to live your life more effectively by simply allowing the pure and true essence of you to lead in your life. When we dim our light, and go into agreement with whatever is involved in our disempowerment, we weaken. When we allow external energies and ideologies to define our sense of self, we become manipulated and in this manipulation create in ways that dishonour ourselves. When we hand over the way we see ourselves to someone or something outside of us that we believe knows better than we do, we dishonour ourselves. When we undermine ourselves this way we forfeit our Sovereignty and in this denial of your true nature, Sovereign and powerful, you experience suffering.
